Přehled

During this internship, the student will first become familiar with the fundamental principles of modern affinity optical and piezoelectric biosensors, which target the analysis of real, and therefore complex, biological samples, with a focus on public safety, clinical diagnostics, and food safety. The student will learn measurement techniques such as surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and quartz crystal microbalance (QCM). They will also be introduced to the procedures for designing and manufacturing specialized microfluidic systems and assembling sensor devices using modern 3D printing methods. Additionally, the student will directly participate in the development of selected biosensors for public safety, clinical diagnostics, and food safety. This will provide the student with a comprehensive understanding of biosensor research and applications, as well as a unique insight into multidisciplinary research conducted by an international team.

No prior experience is required for the internship; what is essential is a genuine interest and a desire to learn.
