During the internship, the student will be introduced to the basic algorithms of deep learning and the theoretical background of these algorithms. Using selected examples, you will learn how to use modern software tools to implement machine and deep learning algorithms on massively used hardware multiprocessor CPU/GPU platforms.
The goal of the internship is to enable the student to master the entire development cycle of the application of machine learning, starting with the
learning algorithms, starting with the installation of the necessary software, the preprocessing of the input data, the design of the architecture of the model to be used, and finally the evaluation of the final results obtained. Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and Python programming is a prerequisite for the internship, and knowledge of the R language for statistical analysis is an advantage.
